Halberds

Halberds consist of a triangular blade made of copper or bronze with a strong rib in the middle, and of a straight handle of wood or bronze. There are a great number of types with different blades, handles and forms of hafting. They are the key form of Early Bronze Age. They can be traced back to Neolithic bone artefacts. In Valcamonica halberds were depicted marginally.
