The daggers consist of a triangular blade, slightly arched with
a broad rectangular handle, or a stick-shaped handle with a mushroom-like
pommel. The dagger handles are formed extremely like an hourglass
so that the upper end can be interpreted as a broad pommel. Rivets
and two-coloured inlays made of different materials are also indicated
that suggests the rich decoration of the dagger handles, which are
known from Brittany. The daggers seem to have been widely used in
Europe during the Early Bronze Age.
