The Legendary man behind this company was Enzo Ferrari. The success formual of this man never beared fruits immediately, it had to with stand trials in the forms of World War II and ofcourse Time.

Enzo Ferrari was born on February 18, 1898 near Modena, Italy. His father owned an ironworks and automobile workshop in Modena, Italy. Though in his early days Enzo's was very much used to the sounds of the iron works and the engine roars that has made him to set his eyes on the autmobile field since his early childhood.

Enzo was used to the machinery and the motors from his early days, though he has acquired all these wealth from his father's workshop. With this early experience he joined the Italian Army and he was alloted the mudane task of shoeing mules. This Ironical task in the army did not last long and he got himself releived from the army after the World War I and he set his eyes on the automobile market.

He landed at his first job with CMN, a small car maker involved in converting commercial vehicles left after the war. He worked on building contacts within the Industry and his early childhood dreams of becoming an ace car driver did mature in these times. He soon joined the racing circuits and was contending among mighty contestors of those times. His grand victory at Ravenna circuits also earned him another divine gift that still exists. It was none other than "The Prancing Horse", the emblem of the Ferrari World. This emblem has its roots dug deep during the time of world war I. The Heroic Airman "Francesco Baracca" parents confronted Enzo Ferrari after this massive victory and gave him this honor to his acheivement. This is the story behind the birth of the symbol that's widely renouned throughout the world.

Enzo did not focus his talents long on the racing circuits and retired early and joined Alfa Romeo and was incharge of "Scuderia Ferrari" club owned by the Alpha Romeo's. This is the time that he focused all his energy and talent as a master designer and craftsman in building race cars. His idealogy and determination earned him a group of highly capable artisans who could move the machines in the speed the world would have never imagined of. Enzo Ferrari's association with the Alpha Romeo's did not last long and he sailed alone with his bags full of experience, most of all determination and the men who dedicated their lives paved the way for the foundation of this great empire Ferrari. His personal love and passion towards his goals ably assisted by his team led him to this Hall of Fame in the motor world.

Ferrari manufactures the most sought cars of the world and their road cars are being meticulously designed from their experience gained out from Formula 1, making them unique.

Ferrari is more a name to be never forgotten in the history of Motor Sports.
